Andrea specializes in getting homes sold for top dollar! She has been in the real estate business for over 25 years buying distressed properties and flipping them.

Andrea opened her own brokerage in 2006. Her goal was to help investors realize their real estate dreams through buying, selling, and managing real estate. Her clients range from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors.

A degree in Communications from Sacramento State University and a year of Law School have made her an expert in working with both Sellers and Buyers, understanding contracts, and negotiating the best options and solutions for her clients. Her experience and strategic thinking provide top results.
