We entered the homebuying market at a difficult time, with low inventory and high demand. The decision to make an offer on a property often had to be made immediately after seeing the place, and the offers had to meet the tight requirement of being competitive in the market while staying within our budget. Throughout all of the steps in the process, Andrea proved to be insightful, resourceful, and extremely well-organized. After discussing our goals, she provided the tools and criteria to keep us ahead of any options hitting the market and frequently was able to get us the first look at new properties. With her advice and counsel, the offers we made were reasonable for our budget and were competitive with the market.

The house that we ended up buying, unbeknownst to us, had a seller in a difficult situation that made the closing process more complex than we expected. Andrea was effective at working with the seller and his agent, and went above and beyond to help us keep our scheduled closing date.

I am convinced that Andrea's creativity, positivity, and endless energy were critical in finding a house that we are thrilled to make a home. She has our full confidence as an excellent realtor, advisor, and now, as a friend. Andrea was such a pleasure to work with! We were first-time homebuyers and she was very patient and thorough the entire time. Andrea was very proactive with showings and helped us through the whole process, including the inspection and repairs. We are now happily living in our new home and highly recommend working with her!
