If you are looking for a real estate agent who really cares about you, and not only a sale, then Andrea Moore is the one for you. Andrea went out of her way many, many times to help me prepare my house and myself for the sale of my home. When my home was ready for sale, her open house showings produced the offer I accepted in one weekend ! I can honestly say I could not have done it without her. She is one in a million.

Andrea was absolutely incredible to work with every step of the way. She helped me sell my house while I was out of state. She diligently coordinated contractors, repairs, and property check-in’s for me. She’s an expert in her field, who gave great design tips, and uses all available tools to market the property, to include social media. My home received a ton of views, showings, and most importantly an offer - and this was over the holidays! I’m happy to say we closed today and I she has my highest recommendation! She’s fantastic!

I can not recommend Andrea in any higher terms. I was looking for property in the Memphis area while living in Illinois and she was unbelievably helpful to me. She would visit the properties and send me whatever photo's and information I requested, even if it meant a second or third visit. She was extremely knowledgeable about the areas of Memphis as well as all the ins and outs of the real estate lenders and laws. She was an extremely professional advocate for me. When it was time to sell my property I didn't hesitate to call her and the property was sold the same day she put it on the market. Even with the buyer having multiple issues she was patient and worked to close the sale on excellent terms. She has an extensive list of connections within the Memphis area for just about any type of repair company and doesn't drop you after the sale but will continue to keep in touch to make sure everything works out. Even now I never hesitate to contact her and she always comes through with her expertise.
