Andrea Plowman

Andrea Plowman holds both Kansas and Missouri Real Estate Licenses, belongs to the Lawrence MLS and is a member in good standing of the Kansas City Real Estate Association. She has also been ranked as one of Keller Williams Realty Diamond Partners Top 10 Individual Agents over the past several years. Andrea loves helping people and finds it very gratifying when she can assist Buyers in finding the perfect home or work to bring Sellers through the often-stressful experience of selling their house. Whether it is a day’s notice, or you will be ready in a year – she’s ready and here to help! She can help Sellers develop a list they can start working on over the course of months or generate an accurate CMA to list right away. She meets with Buyers who are planning on buying in the next year or two develop a plan or can connect you with a Lender to get pre-approved to purchase right away. It is also not the size of the house that matters to her – it is the people. Andrea is happy to say she does most of her business by personal referral and works extremely hard to keep it that way! While family and faith are her top priorities, she loves to work and feels a deep sense of responsibility to her fellow man and want to model for her children and grandchildren what it means to be a good citizen. Andrea is an active member of the Olathe Noon Rotary Club and has served as Club President and has been on the Board of Directors for several years. She has been involved with numerous committees and has been awarded the Quiet Rotarian of the Year as well as a Paul Harris Fellow Award. She has traveled to the Middle East and was part of the team who founded the first Rotary Club in Bethlehem, to Guatemala for the clean drinking water initiative, and to Haiti weeks after the earthquake. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for Evergreen Living, an Olathe Nursing Home and served as Board Chair from 2017-2018. She also enjoys being a part of 100 Women Who Care Southland KC. In her spare time, she likes to run, draw, and read. Andrea is happily married and has three grown children and two grandchildren she absolutely adores!
