Andrea Soderin

With over a decade of experience as a Broker Associate at Richardson Properties, Christies International Real Estate, Andrea has enjoyed a successful career in the San Luis Obispo County real estate market. 2018 was a banner year: Andrea earned a position amongst the top selling agents in the county, bringing in over $11 million dollars in sales. Working county-wide, Andrea helps both buyers and sellers using her top-notch negotiation skills to supply integrity, experience, and follow-through for her clients.

As an alum of California Polytechnic State University and Chapman University, Andrea turned her career goals to real estate over 13 years ago.

Always trying to further her real estate and business knowledge, Andrea is a part of the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce Legislative Action Committee, Women’s Council of Realtors, and the Pismo, California and National Association of Realtors. In her own brokerage, Richardson Properties, Andrea held a position on the committee to create the company’s newly developed mission, vision & values. This participation and leadership in various organizations allows Andrea to provide her clients with vital news within the real estate world, ensuring their needs are met. As a Certified New Homes Sales Professional, Andrea is currently a lead sales agent at Terraza, a new home community in San Luis Obispo, and ANZA Vineyard Estates, offering rural luxury homesites.

Andrea enjoys giving back to others and is an active member of her local community. She donates a percentage of her commission to Transitions Mental Health and to Life Water International, an organization supplying access to safe water sources and working to drop life-threatening diseases through community-focused hygiene and sanitation programs. In addition to fiscal giving, Andrea donates her time as President of the PTA at her three children’s school which offers a two-way language immersion program and is a member of Leadership SLO.

Andrea is an avid marathon runner and an active member of her church. Andrea has a deep love of her community and is passionate in her efforts to support and strengthen it.
