Andrea was so great to work with in our search for a new home in Clermont! She did not pressure us like some realtors do, but waited until we were ready to be serious about finding a place and then was there for us every day until we found the right one and went under contract. She is extremely friendly and fun to talk to which makes the whole process much more bearable. We are not from this part of Florida, so it was extremely helpful to have the benefit of her knowledge and experience in our search. We definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in this area.

Andrea helped us sell our house and find the perfect new home. She made the entire process as smooth and stress free as possible. From start to finish she was available for our hundreds of questions. Andrea was extremely knowledgeable when it came to discussing listing price. Our house sold within 2 days of being on the market.

When it came to buying our new home, she made sure everything was taken care of. She knew the exact questions to ask, ones that we never would have thought of. She really got to know our family and knew what was most important to us. We will absolutely use her for any future home sales/purchases and can’t recommend her enough!

It is with pleasure and gratitude that we share comments on our experience with Andrea Summers in the listing and sale of our home. While we have bought and sold a number of houses, we have never before encountered such a level of professionalism, true caring nature, and extensive knowledge. Andrea possesses all the attributes necessary. She knows her market extremely well; she is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with her clients. Andrea clearly takes pride in doing a good job. In our particular case as sellers of a home, there were many rough spots on the road to closing and in every instance, Andrea was a great help and our home listed, sold and closed within one month.

Andrea’s dedication to her clients never ceased. The date of the closing came and passed with both of us in the hospital. Of course, my wife and I had planned to be home by then, but circumstances prevented this from happening. The buyers signed all the paperwork as the previous day was the original closing date. Andrea wanted us to receive our money and the buyer to move into their new home as planned, She thought fast for an alternative to the usual closing process. She quickly changed gears, searching the hospital for a computer to print updated documents, and arranged for a mobile notary to complete the transaction. All of these tasks, whether business-related or interpersonal, were accomplished with a noticeable degree of competence, humility, integrity and grace.

Envisioning someone doing a better job than Andrea would be hard. Thus, we highly recommend Andrea Summers for all your real estate needs
