My husband and I retired and relocated to southern Maine, rented for a year to get our bearings, and attended many open houses over many months to get a sense of the local market and to surreptitiously interview as many prospective real estate agents as we could.
After many such 'interviews', we met Andrea and were immediately impressed. Her background is in construction management, unusual for a broker, and she has knowledge and experience of the practical considerations in bringing older houses up to modern standards, which was meaningful to us, along with many years of experience in the housing markets of coastal NH and southern ME. Working with Andrea was a delight. She listens well. She is quick to find answers. Above all, she is a genuinely nice person. It took us over a year to find the right house and Andrea never tried to rush us. We would employ her again in a heartbeat.

If I had the option to go beyond 5 stars, I would, because Andrea truly went the extra mile and was exceptional in every way.

My father passed away shortly before meeting Andrea. Suddenly, I was dealing with a house and absolutely clueless on home real estate. Andrea kindly and patiently answered any of my questions, met with me multiple times, brought in a professional photographer, helped to stage the home, and took me step-by-step to ensure that this experience would be a positive and successful one. On top of all that she was so human and down-to-earth, consoling me during my grief with an open heart. It's rare that you find someone who genuinely pours their heart and soul into what they do.

The house went on market and the very next day, by the grace-of-all-that-is-good and undoubtedly by the hands of Andrea, had to be taken off. It was a one and done.

So, if you're looking for someone to represent you and your home/real estate, ask for Andrea. She is professional in every sense of that word and extremely good at what she does.

I’m actually a Realtor myself in Florida and was unable to be in Maine to sell my folks home after they passed. Andrea was no less than amazing. She organized and took care of everything in order to sell my folks home for the highest post price with the least amount of investment. She advised us, coordinated everything, oversaw everything all while exemplifying the highest level of professionalism, thoughtfulness, kindness and consideration.
