Andrea is incredibly knowledgeable, and helped us navigate a supremely competitive market. She helped us think outside the box, and explored every option and path with us. At the end, it was thinking outside the box that got us the place we wanted - location, features and price. She also helped us understand the process - loan, paperwork, etc. For first-time homeowners, this is tremendous support. But more than anything, she got who we are, what we wanted, and figured out how to get it. Wouldn't have happened without her.

The first few things that jump out when you converse with Andrea is her real-estate knowledge, genuineness and professionalism. Andrea is an awesome realtor who negotiates hard for her clients. She is very patient, responsive and professional. Plus, she has a trained eye for scanning real estate properties and appropriately guiding her clients. Andrea was our realtor for purchasing a multi-family home turned TIC with a friend. It was our first rodeo with TICs and Andrea as extremely resourceful providing the right contacts for lenders and lawyers as needed. We started searching in April and closed end of June! A timeline I thought would take 6+ months.

2021 has been a crazy year in real estate and without Andrea I would have given up very quickly. Andrea's personality made this stressful process actually enjoyable. She is patient, knowledgeable and kind. She always listens to what you want before anything else. She is knowledgeable of SF's neighborhoods and HUSTLES. Andrea would do small things you don't always get from realtors that really helped us understand the market like calling the listing agent to understand where we needed to land for a competitive offer. We have closed on our duplex and could not be more satisfied with where we ended up. I highly recommend Andrea for any type of home purchase in SF or the bay area.

In this crazy real estate market, you need Andrea West. She helped us sell our condo in San Francisco when the condo market was soft. She negotiated skillfully and got us an offer over asking. You need this in this crazy market! She's collaborative, a straight shooter, makes sure that all the Ts get crossed and the Is dotted, and is there whenever you need her. Just awesome when it came to dealing with everything! We have complete faith in her guidance and she knows what she's doing. Andrea has really come through for us and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Andrea was amazing to work with. She spent literally months looking throughout the entire Bay Area with me until we found the right place. She is incredibly patient, very knowledgeable, and works hard. I had the feeling that she was willing to stay with it until we found the best fit for me, definitely not trying to sell you something that makes it easy for her (which I have experienced with other realtors). I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Andrea helped us with a house purchase in Noe Valley SF and it's been a pleasure working with her throughout the process. Andrea is very responsive and reliable. She never tried to talk me into anything. Instead, she listened carefully, provided insights and facts/numbers, and helped me figure out what exactly my partner and I want the most. Even in intense negotiations with the other party, you can count on her always being self-composed and professional, and having your best interest at heart. Right off the bat Andrea was very professional, helpful and so upbeat. I felt completely comfortable asking her silly questions because she was very patient and thorough with her responses. I could text at any moment and knew I'd get a quick and precise response. She made buying our 1st home very easy. She went above and beyond what I would expect from an agent. She helped me understand so much of what goes into home buying: HOA's, contingencies, sewer laterals, you name it! If you have the pleasure of working with her you will not be disappointed.

Andrea West was a godsend for my move to the Bay Area. Although we were not in the area (and couldn't visit because of the 2020 Pandemic) Andrea was able to set us up with a video of the property, as well as coordination with a friend in the Bay to view.
Once we arrived Andrea has been nothing but helpful in getting us set up and getting a few things fixed on the house.
Absolute dream to work with, and hopefully we get to work with her again.
