Andrea has been my Realtor since 2014 and has successfully helped me sell 3 homes and purchase 3 homes. She is an excellent communicator and I completely trust Andrea to have my best interests at heart. Through these transactions Andrea has become like family to me. So much so, that she has helped my parents purchase a second home for themselves and they also use her as their Realtor to sell and purchase their investment properties. I have referred her to many of my friends who are always so impressed with Andrea’s knowledge and professionalism, all while being so down to earth! Where do we begin about Andrea. As first time homeowners, we went into the process pretty much blind. We started by casually looking at houses we liked online, and found one we fell absolutely in love with. We knew Andrea had helped other families in our girls' Girl Scout troop find/sell homes, so we reached out to her, and without skipping a beat she took over helping us through every step of the process, from making an offer, writing a personal letter, figuring out what amount to put down, who to take out a loan through, who to do our own inspections...she mastered it all, and we ended up getting the home of our dreams. I can not speak highly enough about the level of care and expertise she has. You can tell it's beyond just an occupation for Andrea; she genuinely loves getting families into the perfect home for them.
She is one in a million.

Andrea came with a plan when she met with us to list our home. She had suggestions for minor touch ups and completion deadlines for us to follow to reach our goal of selling quickly. We aligned on dates and she understood our goal of having to sell our home before the new school year started. We stuck to the deadlines, and Andrea definitely delivered (before the deadline AND she even worked while on vacation)! #worklifebalance

I am so honored and humbled to have worked with Andrea through my real estate journey. She has helped and supported me through the sale of my first house (she came to my rescue), the purchase of my second house, the purchase of my third house (during a pandemic) and now we are on to the next as I chase my dream of owning more properties. I never thought, as a single mom, I would ever be in this position of owning multiple properties and Andrea has been a huge support mentally and emotionally helping to make my dreams come true. When selling my first home, Andrea really amazed me and caught me off guard with her specialized negotiating skills. She locked in a high-cash paying buyer and she protected me from the different strategies the buyers agent tried using to “knock down” the sale price of my house. During the same time, she got my offer accepted into a bigger house in the neighborhood I always dreamed of raising my kids in. Now, that takes some skill!!!! She made sure it was a smooth and quick transition for my family because all of this happened during Christmas time! She was my savior!

There was no question of “who will be my realtor?” when it came to buying my next house. Not even a thought! She is a part of my journey and will always be and I refer everybody to her because of the love she has given to my goals and family.
