Andreas’ career in real estate began with research and development for a commercial/industrial firm. While there, he developed several subdivisions; from planning board approval, civil engineering, D.E.C. approval, marketing, site development, sale of building lots, to new home construction. While growing up, Andreas worked for his father’s family delicatessen business, where he learned to treat all customers with respect. “I work extremely hard to please and meet my clients’ expectations,” he says. Andreas takes each of his clients perspectives and works to develop a loyal relationship that last beyond the broker/client relationship.
In the future, he plans to gut renovate brownstones and new developments, and refurbish classic Rosario Candela buildings.
