Negotiating is what I love, whether it is in business or my personal life. I realized that my passion for negotiating is best suited in Real Estate where every day I have to do it for my clients and I absolutely adore it. Working with maximum efficiency to achieve the best results possible are probably my best traits after negotiating. Real Estate is the most diverse industry that I know of; everyday there is always something different and exciting. I am just trying to bring order to the chaos and come out on top for my clients and myself. I realized that Real Estate is not only my profession but also my lifestyle, and you cannot come home in the evening and switch it off. I work as a global agent and the world never stops spinning, neither will I.
I come from a background in finance where I worked with clients that needed to maximize their return on investment. Logic and thorough research allowed me to maximize their potential. Time is very valuable to my clients and me; meeting a deadline is equally as important as achieving the optimum result. In the last 20 years, I have lived in five countries and every time I moved, I have never regretted it. I went through my own share of buying, selling and renting and I understand that moving can be very stressful. I want to help my clients feel comfortable, whether they are buying or selling their first home, vacation home or any investment real estate.
