My wife and I met Andres earlier this year at an open house. We were going through the motions see what always out on the market. After discussions with him, we made a decision to get moving ahead of the interest rate hikes. Andres gave strong advice towards both listing our old house and the negotiation process to acquire new. Ultimately we found an amazing house to move in to, and sold our first house for well over asking. Not only would I recommend utilizing Andres, I would recommend strongly considering and implementing his guidance. It worked out extremely well for my family, and I believe it would for you too.
