Andres Rabinovich and PMI Properties is the epitome of professional, respectful, responsive, and comprehensive real estate services. When I first spoke with Andres almost two years ago, he described the full range of services that could be provided and promptly answered all my questions. We discussed things that would need to be done to prepare the property for rental and eventual sale. Andres and his team took care of junk removal, interior renovation, exterior landscaping - all while keeping me informed, sending me email updates complete with "before and after" pictures. Not only was the transformation completed in record time, but it was also done professionally and within budget. The property was listed in MLS for rent and we had a lease signed (with great tenants) within two short weeks. Fast forward one year later and as the tenants' lease approached expiration, Andres ensured the property was properly vacated, conducted a thorough inspection, and kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transition!
I am 100% confident that Andres represented my interests simply because that's what he did and how he operated consistently throughout the entire process. Andres is incredible! We hired him originally to help us manage our income property in New City as we live out of state. It was super important for us to find someone who we could trust with managing the property as we couldn’t be present most of the time. Andres was always very professional and lightning quick in his responses. He helped get the property ready for rent, found fantastic tenants, and helped us take care of issues when they arose. When we decided to sell the property, Andres again did a wonderful job as our realtor. Our home sold quickly and for top dollar. We highly recommend Andres and PMI Properties!

This was my husband and I first time buying a house, we had no idea what we were doing, our agent Andres Rabinovich was very professional, patient and organized. He did not only explained every step we needed to do, but he guided us in the process, and answered any questions we had. He went over and belong for us. During the process of buying our home we felt like Andres was a great advocate for us in every step. He guided us to the right house, negotiated a good price when we found it, and led us to a great lawyer.

We feel very grateful that we got Andres as our agent. He was very knowledgeable of the area, and right away knew what we were looking for. Any questions we had (including matters related to the bank!) he could answer or lead us to the right resources. We felt like he was really looking out for our best interests. We can not recommend him enough.
