Andres Restrepo

Andres Restrepo is a second-generation real estate professional who made San Francisco his home in January 2018. He fell in love with the city while on holiday in 2017 and has not stopped learning about San Francisco’s distinct neighborhoods and unique characteristics ever since. Both motivated and passionate, Andres has quickly grown to know the city’s architecture, history, cuisine, landmarks, parks, and people, which he later utilizes when searching for the perfect home that meets his clients’ needs.

Andres has grown his business from the ground with his professional and personal integrity, his knowledge about San Francisco’s real estate, and performing seamless transactions. Providing value and exceeding expectations is at the core of his client-centered business. His goal is simple: to help clients make the best-informed decision about real estate and to bring them joy and wealth in the process.

Already since 2018, Andres has worked with first time home buyers, multi-unit investors, and real estate developers. Having served communities in the East Bay, South Bay, and the San Francisco Peninsula, Andres values his vast network of professional relationships. On top of his real estate career, he also leased over 70 apartments in a luxury development in 2020.

When Andres is not helping his clients accomplish their real estate goals, he can be found fishing in the San Francisco Bay or perfecting his combos at the boxing gym. Andres moved to San Francisco from Medellin, Colombia, where he attended university and lived for eight years. He also owns and remotely manages an investment property in Medellin on Airbnb, hosting guests from all over the world.
