I am a licensed real estate advisor and investor, with more than 6 years actively offering efficient real estate solutions to my clients in the South Florida area. Originally from Venezuela, I moved to the U.S. in 2010, seeking a safe environment and a future for my two daughters. My background is in the corporate world; I have had a prolific career experience in business development, marketing, sales, interpersonal relationship, and project management. This experience, coupled with an international mindset, uniquely empowers me to assist my clients adequately no matter what their background is. I ventured into real estate both for the excitement of the industry and the business opportunity for financial returns and growth.

Over the years, I have successfully worked with real estate buyers and sellers, and skillfully guided them through the real estate processes towards the achievement of their goals. Similarly, I have worked with well-informed, high-net-worth clients who seek to grow their real estate portfolio through investments or by lending out money from real estate developers for high returns. Most of these investors live outside the U.S., and this demands that I must have the skills, experience, and utmost trustworthiness to work with them successfully.

Thinking about our communities and the development of another income stream, I have done neighborhood beautification through the enhancement and rehabilitation of distressed single-family homes and condo apartments, either facing foreclosure or auction processes.

I am most passionate about assisting my clients to achieve their dreams and derive untold joy in seeing that look of satisfaction on a client's face. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, doing triathlons and marathons, cooking, traveling, and eating out.
