Andrew Balderson

Andrew has been with PMV since 2015 acting as office manager and leasing agent. As the face of our office, he handles lease establishment and enforcement, tenant relations, maintenance scheduling, and coordination, and assists with showings. Andrew is also a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Manager. He is constantly staying up with current trends and legislation affecting the rental market to ensure PMV is always ahead of the curve in an ever-changing rental environment.
