Andrew “Andy” Barnes is a commercial real estate broker and managing broker with more than 20 years of industry experience. Licensed since 2003, he represents property owners, investors, buyers, landlords, and tenants throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.
His commercial real estate experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, site selection, investment analysis, and landlord and tenant representation involving office, retail, industrial, flex, multifamily, land, and investment properties. Andy focuses on helping clients evaluate opportunities, understand financial and operational risks, negotiate favorable terms, and complete transactions that support their broader business or investment objectives.
Before joining Epique Realty, Andy served as a commercial and residential managing broker for eXp Realty in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Earlier in his career, he simultaneously maintained an active real estate practice while serving as Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairperson of the Board for six real estate-related companies and as broker of record for three.
This combination of brokerage, executive leadership, and business strategy enables Andy to approach commercial real estate transactions from both an ownership and advisory perspective.
