Andrew Blough

Andy Blough was born and raised in San Diego and has been involved in real estate investments and sales since 2000. Since earning his degree in Business and Marketing from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Andy has been an active member of the San Diego real estate market, both personally and professionally. Andy’s hometown knowledge of the San Diego area has given him a distinct advantage when making key investment decisions. Having procured, owned, rehabbed, brokered and invested in many real estate investment projects Andy has the hands on experience that makes him an asset whether you are buying your dream home or wanting to create your own investment portfolio.

When Andrew isn’t helping you with your next project, he likes to be in the ocean or the mountains. Whether he is surfing or skiing, he enjoys the outdoors. Most importantly, he loves being with his two daughters and wife. Andrew also sits on the boards of various charities; he helps raise funding for crucial humanitarian and environmental work such as orphans and animal rights.
