Andrew is a true go getter. He worked harder for me than I ever expected anyone to do. We spent over nine months together finding what I consider to be the perfect house for me. He was never impatient with my selectiveness and he was more than ready to take a morning or afternoon throughout the search period to look at homes either he or I found in our searches. His experience as a realtor definetely shined once we began the purchase process. He knew all the right people to put me in contact with to be most beneficial to me in relation to cost, expertise and speed. I have recommended Andrew many times to friends and colleagues. Andrew was very professional and in my opinion went out of his way on several occasions to help resolve problems that arose with the sale and settlement of my Mother's house. He was always courteous and respectful of our time and concerns. He answered questions, offered suggestions and recommended reliable people to handle problems and repairs that needed to be made in order to sell the house. When the first contract was withdrawn, through no fault of his or ours, he was very diligent in continuing the marketing of the house and finding another legitimate buyer in a very short period of time. Andrew helped us sell our first home and find our second. He really listened to what we were looking for and found many houses that were exactly what we wanted. In the meantime he had a buyer for our first home and everything moved flawlessly from selling it to moving into the new house. 12 years later my husband was hired out of state and we had to sell the house quickly. We called Andrew and within the week the house was on the market. His marketing and advertising strategy worked flawlessly and the house sold very quickly. I would recommend Andrew and his team to anyone interested in purchasing or selling real estate. He is a true professional with a positive attitude and most importantly, he's so easy to talk to and his communication throughout was excellent.

Andrew is one of the best realtors in Delaware. We tried several realtors before meeting him and after one day of looking at properties with him, we knew something was different. It was easy to see that he had our best interests at heart and was not after a quick commission. He was extremely generous with his time and shared a wealth of knowledge about the industry making us informed buyers. It doesn't matter the time of day, he is on his phone working for you. I would highly recommend Andrew if you want someone that listens to what you want, genuinely cares about what you need and works really hard to make it happen for you. We have found a realtor/friend for a lifetime.
