Andrew is a dynamic agent with ample experience and a unique skill set. He has accomplished the rare Hollywood trifecta, successfully representing Oscar, Emmy, and Grammy winners. He represented the buyer of the highest priced transaction in Brentwood in 2020 ($25,800,000), sold significantly more real estate in the ultra-prime west of seventh section of Santa Monica than any other Los Angeles agent in 2021, and holds the record for the highest west of seventh transaction selling the historically significant 405 Palisades Ave for $12,150,000. Numerous other notable sales bolster his resume including 73+74 Beverly Park handled along with David Kramer, and the iconic Brentwood mid-century "boomerang" house tied to the world’s richest man.
