As an investor/owner, Commers currently works to develop multiple boutique, urban real estate projects.

As an independent consultant, Commers has worked for clients to help advance new construction projects with a total of over 700 residential units and 65,000 square feet of office/ retail and restaurant space. A licensed real estate professional, Commers also leases commercial spaces.

As an employee for Artspace Projects, Inc., Commers took mixed-use projects from pre-development, loan and acquisition closing, construction oversight, to permanent financing, creating over 300 residential units and securing 150,000 square feet of studio/ retail.
