It is a similar process with marketing and negotiations. You might think the agent you hired is managing the negotiations directly, but often it is another individual from their team. That individual from their team may or may not be an effective negotiator, but it is not the individual you thought you were hiring. When you collaborate with him you will be collaborating with him. He will be the agent meeting with you, he will be the agent communicating you, and he will be the agent negotiating on your behalf.
