Results speak for themselves! I chose Andrew to sell my house because of his knowledge of the neighborhood, his understanding of the housing market and particularly because of his extensive network within the community. As a result, our house sold in less than 24 hours with no contingencies and for a great (full) price. He was readily available via text and responsive to my numerous questions. As an out of town property owner, effective communication was very important to me. What more can you ask for in a realtor!

Excellent realtor.
Excellent. He was more like a contractor, manager , expediator then just a show person or salesman, although he was of course those things too. All his knowledge was at my access and given when I needed.

Andrew is a wonderful person and an amazing agent. This is our 5th transaction with Andrew, and he always shines. He sold our large home in Lincolnwood and helped us purchase our "down size" home in Skokie. He always goes the extra mile.

Andrew has a great "let’s get it done" attitude in all he does. He has the know-how and is very focused on doing the right thing at the right time. He knows the market and stays the course and he is very focused. He is detailed oriented and makes sure all factors and elements going into the decisions as to when to list, what price to list at and how to prepare for the perfect time to show/list and execute the sale.

This was very clear on all 5 of our purchases/sales. Andrew set expectations, reviewed and responded to the questions with valuable constructive comments to us, other agents and buyers.

He is really a get it done person. He has an unparalleled customer focus and has stepped up on several occasions to get the task at hand completed. I have never heard a negative comment about Andrew, only positive. He focuses on the results and always delivers with a strong degree of integrity.

Andrew is awesome. I've seen him on all sides of the broker deals. He was our broker for buying our condo and then selling our condo and buying our house. I've also had the privilege to work with him on the commercial side of projects, as he has represented some of my clients on commercial sales. As an architect, I deal with many brokers and Andrew not only knows how to get the deals done, but does it with professionalism and respect. Highly recommend!

Excellent, easy to work with Agent. Andrew is a fantastic agent. He was incredibly easy to work with. He helped us find our home and negotiate with the seller without any pressure on us. He also helped us stage our house and found us multiple buyers at our asking price shortly after it was posted. He helped us through the process of both buying our new home and selling our current one. He has even gone out of his way to help us with any issues we have had since moving. Cant recommend him highly enough
