While Andrew was born and raised in Charlottesville, he cut his teeth in real estate in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the world, Los Angeles. Being able to practice in one of the most competitive markets there is, combined with over 25 years of sales and marketing experience, has given Andrew the extra edge on how to successfully negotiate on his client's behalf. He is a current member of the Burbank Association of Realtors and the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors. In Real Estate, Andrew is knowledgeable in both urban, country, and historic estates. He is recommended to advise on current market conditions and to represent homeowners, property developers, and international property investors to fully optimize every decision within the crucial processes of selling, buying, marketing, and managing properties.His expertise in these areas as well as a skilled negotiator, help his buyers get their offers accepted and his sellers maximize their value. Andrew has also worked in the film industry in Hollywood and specializes in film locations for movie and TV productions. He has successfully negotiated deals with media titans such as Amazon, Netflix, HBO, Warner Brothers, Paramount, NBC, ABC, and many more. Andrew is currently a licensed agent in both California and Virginia, and is happy to assist clients in both states. In his free time, Andrew enjoys camping and hiking, riding his motorcycles, working on old cars, playing squash, snowboarding/skiing, and spending time with his family. He is the father to 3 beautiful daughters.
