With the sale of our mother's home, our family recently had a most outstanding experience with Andrew and his staff. Andrew was personally recommended to us by two friends, who found him to be professional, trustworthy, and easy to work with. We found him to be the same and more!

If we could give him and his staff "10 Stars" we would ... and here is why:

a.Andrew knows what is happening in the current real estate market. The sale took place just as he predicted ... plus Mom had multiple written offers over list price (as Andrew predicted!).

b.Andrew was thorough and low-key in his approach. He came to Mom's home before Christmas. He reviewed various options for listing the home. He thought it might be in Mom's best interest to list the property after Christmas; however, that was her decision. He did not press Mom for an immediate listing.

c.Andrew and staff were responsive to our questions. When there were questions, they were answered quickly, even if those questions came in the evening.

d.Andrew was patient with the whole family. He walked us through the whole process one step at a time. And he made sure that we understood each step before going on to the next step. We never felt rushed or hurried with Andrew.

e. Andrew and his staff were very professional. They were very respectful of the property and just as important, they were very respectful of our being senior citizens.

f. Andrew and his staff use current "home sale technology" that was easy for us to use and also very helpful in keeping us informed about showings.

g. Andrew went beyond the "call of duty" with personally delivering the settlement funds to Mom's new address and also helping to secure a few precious memories that were inadvertently left underneath a hutch.

Andrew and his staff made the sale of the family home a very smooth experience. We know why two close friends highly recommended him to us. And we now highly recommend him to you!

I have worked with 4 Realtors in my life, and Andrew and his team set the benchmark very high! There were no complications, his availability to help show houses and his incredible ability to help customize our offer on houses to make offers jump to the front of the pack! He always was transparent and helped me understand a large variety of items that I was not familiar with. In the past I had to ask Realtors about properties. Not Andrew, he would communicate new houses to me before I had found them which I took great comfort in!

When it came to closing, inspections and the mortgage piece it was smooth sailing and he helped every step of the way. First time home buyers here that want to say Andrew is a true professional that without a doubt secured us our first home that we are in love with.

We had been around the market for over 4 months with a previous agency and hadn't been happy with what we had found. We had lost out on some choices and had seen the current house we are in was in demand for viewings but wanted a shot. Within days of contacting Andrew and giving him our budget, desire for space, accessibility to transportation, etc. he had given us recommendations and secured viewings. For our current house, we can comfortably say Andrew's turnaround and fantastic communication skills secured our purchase.

On a Monday afternoon we were hoping to see our home and contacted Andrew to see if he could get us in before any bids were made. By that evening we were in the house and had put in an offer. He made time in his schedule and saw that we were serious and the house was everything that we had asked him to keep an eye out for.

In the final negotiations, Andrew was prompt, worked with the bank and the other realtor to get closing and inspections done at breakneck speeds as the closing time was shorter than that of the average home sale.
Andrew was always on call for any questions we had and was present for any meaningful time spent at the house or with any other person that would be inspecting or going through the house for issues, price negotiations, sellers' assist and more. He never made us feel like we were bothering him and acted as our advocate so we did not buy too much house, wasted no time, and never felt like we were on the back burner.
When all was said and done we were on budget, on time, and Andrew was in contact with us even after the sale to make sure all had gone well. He never made us feel we didn't know what we were doing and was kind, even giving us a small housewarming gift on the day of closing.
We recommend Andrew highly for anyone looking to buy a home at any stage in their search. He is great at his job and made this stressful process one that we got through with minimal difficulty and an open line of communication. Cannot thank him or recommend him and his firm enough.
