Andrew Howell

Andy is from Ohio and has spent the majority of his life here with the exception of a stint in Boulder/Denver, Colorado (2003-2012). He currently lives in Clintonville, Ohio, with his beautiful wife Cicily and their two kids Peri Mae (6) and Anders (4). He is alumni of Otterbein University where he studied Business Administration & Marketing. While his background is in sales, construction, and investments, he has been involved with real estate over the past 13 years and has owned properties as both a homeowner and investor. He currently owns and manage his own portfolio of multi-family properties. Andy’s passion is investment real estate. He and is family enjoy an active lifestyle that includes camping, mountain biking, hiking, trail running, skiing/snowboarding and obstacle course racing. Andy’s other passions are spending time with the family, cooking and all things music.
