Andrew Ingalls

Andrew Ingalls joined Malone Commercial Brokers in 2016 with an established history as a commercial real estate broker. A South Portland native, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Maine at Orono. Andrew made the switch to full-time real estate broker in 1985. He later transitioned from residential to commercial real estate in 1990 and opened his own firm, Ingalls Commercial Brokerage, in 1995.

As a lifelong resident of Greater Portland, Andrew has remarkable familiarity with local market trends and history, as well as long-established connections throughout Maine. Andrew has developed several commercial properties from the ground up, he has first-hand knowledge and experience in every step from land-use regulations and zoning to site work requirements and building costs. Andrew has three children and currently lives in Cape Elizabeth with his wife Anne.
