Andrew Montoya is a real estate sales professional with Coldwell Banker that deals with residential and commercial real estate with expertise in investment properties. Andrew also works with auction.com handling several NJ counties and their foreclosure auctions. He uses each of these resources to gather important information giving him the upper hand in getting the best deal done for his buyers and sellers.

Andrew helps clients by setting up realistic goals while establishing a game-plan to help them buy/sell/rent/invest and achieve their real estate dreams!

Growing up in Denville New Jersey, Andrew enjoys his free time participating in various athletic clubs and is the Director of Young Business and Professionals for the Morris County Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys being apart and giving back to his community as much as possible.
