Andrew became a real estate investor in 1983, purchasing and improving homes for the purpose of renting and reselling them. In the process, he became aware of the lack of dedicated representation available to home buyers, and the idea of becoming an Exclusive Buyer’s Broker for Columbus home buyers took hold.
Andrew obtained his real estate license in 1992 and his broker’s license in 1995, becoming one of Ohio’s rare Exclusive Buyer’s Brokers. His passion for doing what is best for each client is evident in the many testimonials and professional accolades he has received during his career. Whether it’s helping clients find a first home, relocate, or find the perfect place to retire, Andrew enjoys helping people at various stages of their lives and finding solutions for their needs.
Andrew’s high standards of integrity and professionalism have made him a trusted, recognized leader in the real estate industry. He was a founding member of the Columbus Independent Brokers Association in 1997 and serves as the Vice-President in 2017. He was President of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents during 2003-04 and has served several terms as a regional director.
Andrew Show was named the 2022 Broker of the Year by Columbus REALTORS. This award is the highest honor issued by the 10,000-member organization, recognizing just one Columbus area REALTOR® Broker each year for their exemplary business experience, conduct, civic activity, and industry involvement.
Andrew is a longtime corresponding committee member for the Ohio Association of Realtors Legal Issues and Professional Standards committees. He has served as Chair of the Professional Standards Committee for the Columbus Association of Realtors. He has also chaired on committees for Professional Standards, Residential Membership, the Business Technology Forum, and Residential Standard Forms. Since 2017, he has been teaching real estate law as an Adjunct Professor.
