Drew has been practicing as a licensed Realtor since 2009. Drew currently manages the TrailRidge team bringing agents through the office’s training program and encouraging them to seek further educational opportunities outside of the office from other resources.

His encouragement and level-headed attitude are his best traits when building the moral and enforcing office policy. Drew’s personality lends itself towards details and accuracy and is an asset to him in this position.

Drew Smith grew up as a Boulder area resident. This intimate understanding of the area has given Drew an incredible appreciation for the city and community that lives here. Drew attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where he studied Ecology and Biology. This gave him the chance to observe our natural resources that are so unique to the Boulder area.

Entering the Real Estate industry in 2009 as a Listing Manager for the Mike Scott team of RE/MAX Alliance, Drew was able to use his knowledge of the region to accurately provide broker price opinions and interact with consumers.

After several years of working under the tutelage of some of the best agents in the business, Drew Smith obtained his Real Estate License in 2011, and shortly afterward Drew became a buyer’s agent to the Mike Scott Team.

In 2014-2015 Drew held the chair position at the Boulder Area Realtor association as the leader of the Young Professionals Network (YPN). Being part of this group has allowed Drew to meet and establish business relationships with all types of agents throughout Boulder County and the Front Range. These partnerships are an asset when submitting offers for buyers or reviewing contracts for sellers. Knowing who is on the other side of a real estate transaction means he has a glimpse of how the transaction will progress so that he can plan accordingly. These experiences have helped Drew develop the knowledge and experience that he will use to guide you through your real estate transactions in the smoothest way possible.
