Andrew Stiles

Andre is a die-hard Angeleno and a creative thinker. He has lived in Venice for the last 20 years. He loves the diversity, the weather, and the sense of community amidst the metropolis. A native New Yorker, he grew up in a 1902 beaux-arts building in an eccentric family of artists and lawyers, so it makes perfect sense that he found equal enjoyment in the creative and contractual aspects of real estate.

Buying or selling a home is a huge financial leap and an equally emotional one. His drive comes from a desire to help clients realize their dreams, find spaces that support their vision, and invest with wisdom. Ultimately real estate is not about buildings; it is about the lives and aspirations that inhabit those walls, the future we nurture there, and the evolving fabric of the communities we create.

Before moving into Real Estate, Andrew spent two decades working in film and photography. He has found that his experience and lens as an artist have been surprisingly informative in working with people to identify resonant spaces or list property that has played a meaningful role in their lives.

When he's not assisting clients, he is spending time with his daughter. He is still an artist and a restaurant owner, and he helps out behind the scenes with his wife, a talented and celebrated make-up artist who offers a curated assortment of beauty products through her business. With connections and relationships across multiple industries, he finds that different areas of his life tend to cross-pollinate and be of service to whomever he is helping.
