Andy is a professional. We worked with him over a year to find a home in the the Park Shore, Colquina and Olde Naplels areas. Many homes of different variety, sizes and proximity to beaches were shown to us within our price range. Andy never applied pressure even though we changed our minds on price range right in the middle of our minds

We worked with Andy to finalize a selling price after we found some minor repairs during the home inspection. Andy also has expertise in helping retirees with special income circumstances that affect the contracts. We would recommend Andy to anyone who doesn't want an aggressive, hard sell agent, who knows the Naples market and who completely is responsive the his clients needs.

Andrew showed my wife and I around the Naples area near the beach for very reasonably priced properties . He is very knowledgeable and experienced and friendly. Andy is amazing! We had a villa built in ICP in Naples, Fl . So much was going on and we were only down twice. Once we he saw it and once when we picked out the specifications. Andy took care of it completely. I would highly recommend him and encourage you to stay away from the “Sharks”, other realtors in the area. We were able to trust him. We did the final walk-through through FaceTime. Thank you again Andy!
