Born and raised in Niceville, I am both INVESTED in our community as well as an INVESTOR in local real estate. I am a graduate of Cedarville University with a BA degree in finance, and was first licensed as a Realtor in 2003.

In 2007, I obtained my broker's license and opened Sound Choice Real Estate in May of that year. My wife Tiffany is a licensed real estate agent and assists me with the business when she is not too busy caring for our three young children!

My Job is to Educate
Whether buying, selling or maintaining a rental property, each property transaction is personal to me. I don't consider myself a "salesperson". Instead, it is my job to educate you through each step of the buying and selling process and to understand the needs of my clients. Due to my interest in restoring neglected properties as well as my relationships with local builders, I have knowledge of construction and can provide my clients with information and advice that goes far beyond closing a transaction.

Although my wife would tell you my hobbies are exploring the MLS for the hottest new listing, taking a drive to view new construction progress, or demolition on my most recent renovation, I happen to enjoy golfing and navigating our emerald waters whenever I get the chance.
