Andy is a true delight to work with. He is kind, honest and truly sincere. He’s clearly been doing this awhile and knows what he is doing! He went above and beyond getting us the best and fairest price for our house. He is a wealth of knowledge and gave us great advice throughout our sale in Memphis and things to look for with our new house in Colorado. He always made himself available to us, including helping us on picture day, making an old school flyer (for my mom, which was beautiful by the way), and offering to help pack/clean when we were scrambling at the end. We would use him over and over if we could. We would recommend him highly for any property you have to sell.

Andy was a professional and extremely patient realtor. My husband and I spent many months searching for a home in a sellers market. We were at times discouraged, yet hopeful. Andy not only walked with us through the challenges the market presented but he also imparted extensive knowledge. He undertook an additional task of helping us sell our home too. He also advised us well as to the preparation and list price of the home. We ended up making an astonishing 30% more on the sale than we would have if we had gone with an earlier offer. Andrew was fantastic! He was very professional and when looking at houses he would show us things to watch out for when buying a house. When it came to buying the house, he was very responsive.
