Andrew Welk

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Andrew Welk worked for various emergency medical service organizations as a paramedic and flight medic. Andrew also currently works as a firefighter and paramedic in Montgomery County, Maryland. From there he was able to translate his service-oriented mindset and passion for helping others to his role as an agent. Andrew effectively utilizes his experience in high-stress environments to keep him grounded during the transaction process and foster a comfortable and calm atmosphere for his clients.

Outside of his professional careers, Andrew is married to wife, Rachel, and they have three kids. They are a very active family, attending various sporting events for the kids. In addition, they are involved in ministry work with Millersville Bible Church.

Andrew is also actively involved in a men’s ministry called Men of Iron wherein Andrew mentors men in a one-on-one or micro-group setting. Andrew also serves his community through his position on the Government Affairs Committee for the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS® (LCAR). Andrew tries to serve others in any capacity Andrew can and he is grateful for the opportunity to do so in both his personal and professional life.
