In this kind of market you can’t waste any time, he was willing to work with our not so flexible hours to look at as many homes as we needed. We were in town on a short house hunting trip and Justin Abel spent the entire weekend with us. He showed us a lot if houses in a short time and found us the perfect place. Met Justin in 2018 at an Open House where he was the Listing Agent of a condo we were interested in. Our timing was off by a year and we decided not to pursue buying it. One year later it was back on the market and we sprang! Justin was not the Listing Agent this time but we felt so comfortable with him from our brief meeting the previous year that we called and asked him to represent us. Justin is attentive to detail, professional in manner, friendly and was willing to do the extra research to answer our questions. If we decide to sell our place and look for something else in Boise, without hesitation, we will ask Justin Abel to be our agent.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Andrew Yates for many years as we worked together in retail. I always told him that when it was my time to buy a home, I would absolutely go to him. Needless to say, I kept my word and was so happy that I did!

Andrew helped my wife and I find our home in ONE day and the transaction process was seamless. He's such a personable guy, he went to bat for us when several offers were presented and sold the seller on us! Who does that?!
