Andrey became a friend through our rental process three years ago. He kept in contact with us and when it was our time to buy, he took good care of us, keeping us motivated, positive, and resilient through a brutal housing market, which was made even more trying because we were using our VA Loan, which became an unforeseen hurdle in this market. He and his associate, Mylinh Pham, never gave up, though we wanted to many times.

Through countless showings and a handful of offers, we made it, closing just in time as our lease expiring.

I will always be grateful for Andrey’s follow-through, patience, diligence, know-how, professionalism, and resilience. I am a fan and client for life.

After almost three months we were not having any luck finding a rental property to fit our family’s needs (close to my wife’s new job, allows pets, works for family members with disabilities and mobility issues). Andrey was the agent showing one of the properties we viewed, and after talking with him about our situation and needs he told us “We are going to find you a house!” And we did!

Andrey devoted an incredible amount of time and effort over more than a month to assist us in our search. The time he spent has to outweigh whatever financial compensation he will receive for a rental signing. He truly cares about helping his clients get a positive outcome.

During our search he became much more than a real estate agent. Our wife and I have come to view him as a true friend.

I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend Andrey to anybody who needs a real estate agent. He is dedicated, tenacious, and a genuinely good person.

Definitely a go getter! He is such a sweet guy with a great personality, he's not pushy in the slightest! It took me several (emphasis on several) months to not only find my dream home but put an offer down on a home. He is a great advocated for the buyer and isn't afraid to negotiate for the best deal. He even had to guts to go across the street to my neighbors house and ask him if he was looking to sell his house. Andrey went above and beyond in taking care of us through a complex transaction.

He was able to coordinate and accelerate many aspects to help us list our previous residence and purchase our new primary.

We were able to sell our townhouse and move to a mutual acceptance before our intended offer review date as we received many competitive offers (well above list price and with many contingencies waived).

Additionally, we were able to negotiate a delayed possession to allow us a couple days to move into our new purchase.

We had a wonderful home buying experience with Andrey!

This was our first home purchase and we were reasonably nervous that we would overlook something or miss something significant. But Andrey was very attentive to our needs and took his time to make sure our questions were answered, and that we understood each step of the purchasing process. He was very responsive throughout and presented us with sound advice and several options as to how we could approach our offer, so that it would stand out to the seller. Even after closing, Andrey was able to point us towards several reputable service people in the area who were able to get minor repairs done before we moved in.

Andrey is amazing! My home buying process was exremely pleasant. I simply gave Andrey my limits and parameters that he can work with and he wins the bids! He gives no pressure when choosing your perfect home. However, he works extremely quick when closing deals for you.

Andrey is a wonderful Real Estate Broker. He is friendly yet very professional/approachable. He is quick (very quick) to respond and f/u with any questions (and we had a lot!). We are a family with military orders who made a trip out to Seattle to find a home to buy and he went out of his way to take us around to multiple homes one after another. He got us in and let us view them promptly. He didn't rush us and let us take our time in deciding. He educated us about the area while doing so.
