Andria (and her team) are incredible. She really knows the NoCo neighborhoods and was on the ball with getting us in to see homes in this hot market. We were out of state buyers and she made it easy with quick communication, accessibility, zoom meetings, and video walk throughs. Beyond all that though is the little things that make the difference; weekly deadline reminders, providing moving boxes, pizza on move-in day, picking up hard copies of our closing docs and delivering them to our in-state family, the list goes on! The terrific attention to detail is what makes Andria the absolute BEST realtor we have ever worked with! Earn yourself some peace of mind in this crazy housing market and GO WITH ANDRIA! Working with Andria was a pleasure. I was searching for a house in the Fort Collins area and had a limited time to find a home. The Keller Williams daily listings were invaluable in helping to identify properties quickly and within my specifications. Andria was available every day for showings and for answering any questions regarding the buying process. In this hectic market she was able to suggest various strategies for making competitive offers on homes in different areas all around Fort Collins. She wrote up several offers which ultimately landed me a wonderful 5 bedroom home in Windsor in a newer development close to shopping, hiking and water activities. Closing went off without a hitch due in part to her behind-the-scenes oversight of the process. I highly recommend Andria for your home buying experience.

We recently transitioned my mother in law into a small home from a condo complex that had become too noisy. Andria worked hard to find her an excellent little home and get her in quickly. She was caring and effective and put my mother in law at ease about not just the contract but the move as well. My wife and I were selling our mobile home and buying our first house, the process is so stressful! Andria goes above in beyond in every single way to make the process as easy as possible. My wife was a month out from her due date and we also have a two year old so the last thing we needed was more on our plate! We now recommend Andria to ALL of our friends, and we will use her for any realtor needs for the rest of our lives! Highly satisfied and just over all blown away. Wow wow wow! What can I say about Andria other than she is the best realtor we have ever worked with? We moved from Texas to NOCO and couldn't have done it without her. From our first meeting to closing on the house, Andria was professional, upfront, and had recommendations for EVERYTHING. Given our lack of knowledge about the area, she showed us houses all over Fort Collins and the surrounding areas that fit into our budget but we all knew the second house she showed was ours. She never pushed us and let us make up our own minds before we decided to move forward. We would have been lost trying to coordinate an out of state move without her. If you're looking for the best realtor in NOCO, look no further. We seriously love her to death and couldn't have been happier working with her.

Starting the process of buying my first house was stressful. Not being local, I had very little knowledge of the process as a whole, nor about the details I should check for in a house.

I got to Andria through an acquaintance, and I can't thank them enough. If you're looking for a realtor, Andria is who you'd want to hire.

Let's start with the personal aspect - Andria is patient. Oh so patient. I must have asked Andria a million questions, some of them more than once, and she never once gave me a partial answer or a slow response. Whether it was going over contracts and agreements, things to look for in a house, her opinion on things or what not. I changed my mind several times in terms of what I'm looking for, and she automatically did her best to find suitable houses. Andria is nice, and I mean, truly nice. She cares, she wants to help, and at no point in time do you feel like a big dollar sign in her eyes.

From the professional point of view, Andria is amazing. She's never pushed me towards any house. In fact, if she noticed I had reservations, she knew to call me out and not let me make a move I'm not comfortable with. It didn't matter if it was a cheaper house or a more expensive one, Andria found me places that fit what I needed. Once I felt like I managed to narrow down more details (location and priorities), Andria sent me an impressive list of houses that just fit the criteria. And the house that I got, was on that list. When it got to negotiations, Andria knew exactly what can be done with the seller and how to maximize what I'd be getting for my money. In fact, an hour before the intended closing, we made a final tour of the house, only to find the roof needs to be replaced due to hail damage. It was Andria who insisted on checking the roof before closing, and she was right - eventually saving me a lot of money and I got a brand-new roof.

Really, I can't say enough good things about Andria. I know I'll recommend her to friends and family, and I'm sure I'll work with her again in the future.
