When my husband and I decided to purchase our forever home we were overwhelmed with the process at first. Andy took the time to explain everything that would happen, took all of our "must haves" into consideration and showed us places outside of our comfort zone which ultimately led to us finding the perfect downtown Chicago forever home for us. Being first time buyers we were a little intimidated but Andy walked us through each step and was our advocate throughout the entire process (even during our self induced panic stricken moments!). If you are looking for a realtor that loves his clients, Andy Albright is your guy!

Between work and Covid, I had to look for an apartment virtually. Andy was the perfect person to help me with this - he listened to my absolute must have and where I was willing to compromise. We went back and forth with a few listings when it was clear that Andy knew exactly what I was looking for. He was generous with his time in showing me apartments, "Andy do you mind walking thru the bedroom and showing me the closets, again?" No problem. He walked through and gave the details that I might miss on facetime - ie.: the lobby is clean, the hallway is wide, or narrow, even describing how many stairs. Andy also took the time to show me the views of what I would see when I looked out of the apartment, and described the the general feel of the neighborhood. We became a team as we looked which made what could have been a nerve wracking experience enjoyable. All of this was extremely helpful in finding my perfect apartment!
If and when I need another place - I'm calling Andy.
