Great personality, really works on getting the best deal for you, he won’t sell you something unless he is sure is a good fit for you, and this is something I can prove 😂. I was in the process of buying a comercial property and Andy went above and beyond to make sure this was a good fit for my business, it wasn’t, so he actually told me this before I signed, this meant he didn’t made any money, but this is the kind of business he is running, Andy is not trying to sell you something you’ll regret later, he is really in the business of making long term relationships with his customers. Since that deal that didn’t went through, Andy has keep on trying to find me the right place, and his communication and advice has been clear, friendly and sincere. If you are looking to buy and want to make sure you are not being ripped off, call Andy he really got your back

I've been a real estate photographer for over 7 years now. I've met a lot of real estate agents. Some I would trust to sell my own home and others I wouldn't. I've seen first hand how he treats his clients and people he hires to help along the way. Andy is definitely an agent who I would hire to list my home. I'm confident he will represent me well and negotiate the best deal possible.

Andy made the transaction seem less. He also help me threw the buying process by replying and answering any question I had. Andy would alway keep everyone on track. When I was getting close to my dead line Andy with out any problems extended the closing date. Honestly Andy is the best realtor I worked with who offered to answer any questions I have even after we closed on the house which proves the good character man that he is.

Andy was amazing. We are a new military family that moved down to Vancouver in 2021, and even as the housing market was crazy, he was able to get us the first showings on the best properties and excelled at negotiating with the sellers and ensure the VA Loan had no snags.
