As one of Rochester's top performers, Andy gets results for his clients. Named Greater Rochester's " Rookie of the Year" his first year, he quickly became a multi-million dollar producer, achieving the GRAR Sales Master Award and then Sales Master Gold awards to rank in the top few percent of Rochester REALTORS®. He is annually ranked in the RE/MAX International 100% Club, and is consistently one of RE/MAX of New York's Top 100 individual agents. And, in 2008, he was recognized by his peers as the Greater Rochester Association of REALTORS " REALTOR-Associate of the Year."
A respected leader among his peers, Andy has been active in the real estate industry and was President of the Greater Rochester Association of REALTORS in 2014 and 2015. He has held many committee chair positions in the Association, and has served as Past Chairman of GENRIS, the corporation that manages the MLS for the region. Andy has served on the board of the National Association of REALTORS, the country's largest trade organization, and is currently Regional Vice President for the New York Association of REALTORS.
Andy comes to the real estate industry from a successful corporate career, during which he relocated multiple times all over the U.S., buying and selling several houses of his own. He and his family personally understand the needs of home buyers and sellers!
Prior to becoming a full-time Associate Broker, Andy was Vice President of Marketing and Purchasing for Home Properties, Inc., a real estate investment trust and NYSE company headquartered in Rochester.
Before entering the real estate industry, Andy spent five years at Xerox Corporation here in Rochester as the Manager of the Xerox Supplies Business, with full P&L responsibility for a $500 million product line of paper and office products. His career in the paper industry included seven years with Boise Cascade Corporation, with sales and marketing responsibilities in New York, NY, Portland, Maine and Portland, Oregon.
Andy lives in Mendon with his wife, two teenage daughters, a dog, cat, two horses, two goats, and various chickens. Hobbies include historic preservation, home remodeling, carpentry, landscaping, sailing, and the arts. Andy also spends a lot of his time giving back to the community.
