Andy Hubba was a perfect fit for a first time home buyer. He worked with me to find the perfect situation and showed me options from condos, to single family homes I all shapes, sizes and areas. He took the time to make sure I saw all options and what was best for me and my needs. My friends went with other agents around the same time and usually looked at 4-5 properties their agent had listed, help was limited and the ability to go see a house they has found on their own was met with seeing more places they weren't interested in buying. Andy on the other hand worked daily with me, we looked at 50 plus places in a short period of time. Additionally to showing me all options, he negotiated aggressively for me and got me a great deal.

Even though it was vacant, it showed very well and it was clear that Andy kept track of the details that can make or break a sale. Andy has sold two houses for us, and helped us in the purchase two houses. We had our condo on the market for about a year, and could NOT sell it with a different agent. We hired Andy, and the house literally sold the next day! He is amazing. Then, in 2011, we put our house on the market that Andy helped us buy after the sale of our condo, and we sold that house in less than 2 months. After we sold that house, we needed Andy's help once again in the purchase of our current house, which took us about 5 months to find. Five long months of Andy's 100% dedication to us. He was very accommodating to our schedules, and made himself available to us at all times. Not only is he a great realtor, he is a wonderful person with a genuine personality, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Hands down the best Realtor in Hampton Roads. Andy is so innovated with online marketing, video walk throughs of properties, and integration with social media. Andy had a contract on our home within 4 days of listing. Everything went real smooth, and he kept his commitment throughout the process. I highly recommend utilizing Andy. He handles a lot of buyers, and is not about placing listings. He does not over promise and understands that there are a variety of buyers in the market. I have had agents who have manipulated the truth to fit their agenda. We never felt that way with Andy.
