Andy Jansky

Andy Jansky launched his real estate career in the summer of 2002 with a small, boutique real estate brokerage in Suntree, FL. He quickly grasped the fundamentals of the business, emphasizing the importance of follow-up and communication. As the market thrived, Andy specialized in home builders and new construction, serving his clients well. By late 2004, he became an exclusive new home sales consultant for a national builder, representing communities spanning from Rockledge to Port St. Lucie.

In 2006, as the real estate market shifted, he transitioned back into general real estate, allowing him to list and sell existing homes and providing the flexibility he needed after becoming a father in late 2006. Over the past 18 years, Andy maintained his real estate license with a major franchise broker and explored small brokerages in the Melbourne area.

In May 2011, Andy and his wife, Maribel Maldonado, teamed up to focus on their home market, "Vero Beach," and created 'Team Vero Beach' with Dale Sorensen Real Estate Inc. Their collaboration with DSRE marked a significant turning point, propelling their business to new heights. While Maribel ventured back into new home sales, Andy remained the driving force behind Team Vero Beach, representing various transaction types, including luxury home sales, waterfront properties, vacant land, community developments, condos, REOs, and short sales. Over the years, he has honed his skills to expertly navigate any real estate transaction, bringing satisfaction to countless clients in achieving their real estate goals.
