Andy Kawatra

Andy is a First Vice President of Investments focusing in multifamily properties in Los Angeles County. With over 10 years of experience, he has successfully helped clients navigate Multifamily, Hospitality, Office, Multitenant Retail, and Single Tenant Net Leased transactions and 1031 exchanges throughout the nation. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Andy spent three years at Millennium Realty Investors as an asset manager and assistant director of acquisitions. He also spent many hours learning the appraisal process and has demonstrated a deep understanding of real estate value.

He is a team player with a strong commitment to responsibility and excellent analytic skills that will exceed your expectations. His strong entrepreneurial skills will assist you in any and every way possible. His goal is to educate clients so they can make informed decisions to help them reach their real estate goals.

He is a native of the San Fernando Valley and currently an executive volunteer and director for Caring Hand for Children, a charitable organization. He graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance &
Real Estate.
