We were pleased to work with Andy a second time after he helped us in the past. Andy, identified the perfect starter home for us that we resided in for 4 years. Once it was time to sell and find a bigger home for our family we knew he would be perfect for the job! In this tough market, Andy successfully sold our home and aided us in the purchase of our dream home. Our situation had its own challenges, but Andy made sure to adjust and correct for each obstacle thrown our way. Also, while closing on both homes in the same day there was absolutely not hiccups in our process, and we were out in a little over an hour!

As always Andy made the process easy, stress free, and he was attentive to all of our needs. We had our share of realtors in the past and understand how chanllenging it can be to find the right person with the right intentions. Andy has been very patient with me... I originally came to him from a referral from my sister and her husband with over the top expectations of the home I wanted. We toured several homes and I sent him homes I would find online and being though I’m from out of state he kept my area of buying a home close to heart as he explained to me what areas where a good area for my family and which were not!!! He is truly up on his game, can take pressure from both ends, great negotiator and takes his clients very seriously. His response turn around is off the charts and I would with out a doubt use him again. The home I wanted had a tree in front of it that I was so nervous about keeping, from the kindness of his heart and faithful of an agent he is, let me tell you, I have my dream home and the tree was removed less than 24 hours I received the keys in my hand.
