Angel Schmitt

Angel started doing real estate in 2003. She was a loan officer from 2003 to 2007 and then became a real estate agent in 2008. Angel is certified in foreclosures and short sale properties. She has sold real estate from Lincoln to San Francisco doing most of her business in Contra Costa, Solano, Sacramento, Yuba, and Placer Counties. She has always wanted to be a real estate agent and her experience as a loan officer makes it easier to guide buyers in their journey. This allows Angel to help buyers navigate not only through their home search and negotiations, but also through the lending process. For her sellers, Angel can identify the strength of the pre-approval coming from the buyer side. She enjoys working with first time home buyers, empty nesters, and veterans. Angel has sold everything from 600sqft to 4300sqft.

Angel loves being outside, horseback riding, reading and being president of the Wheatland Union High School Booster club. Her and her husband enjoys spending time with their three girls, three boys, one grandbaby and four dogs! Angel was born in San Francisco and raised all over the Northern California, so this gal loves her coffee and flip flops!
