A few weeks ago I purchased my ideal first home for my family and I. I'v never been so exited, however with my complete lack of real estate knowledge the process seemed intimidating. What people don't realize is the amount of work and pressure a real estate agent is put through. His number one job is to represent his clients best interests and that's exactly what Angel Villegas did for my family and I. He kept in constant contact with the listing agent and provided critical advice to make this transaction happen. He negotiated and made sure everything we demanded was granted, even when the selling agent refused. Angel is knowledgeable, persistent and responsive. I don't normally leave reviews on sites but Angel whole heartedly deserved one because he truly delivered on what he promised. Angel's exceptional support, availability during my house buying experience, and ridiculous hustle to make things work out as flawlessly as the did was beyond anything I ever expected a realtor to do. You got me into a home that was well below my price range, unlisted (so there were literally no competitors bidding on it) and constantly made connections with sellers to the point where it was always a positive working experience. I have nothing but praise and respect for you because as a first-time home buyer you truly made my house buying experience one that many people wish they had... a stress free one. From the beginning to the end, you had professionalism all throughout and was amazed that you were always working with me to get me what I wanted (despite all odds!) You said you'd get it done and here I am telling people that you kept your word. That is simply amazing! No joke, I know EXACTLY who I will call if I ever buy another home (or need to sell it!) but you are honestly on another level. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. We met Angel randomly at an open house that we went to check out. He was the hosting realtor and we immediately felt comfortable with him. From there he established what the wife and I were in the market for. As first time home buyers he was very patient and very accommodating to our busy schedules. Angel is the best!!! My husband and I began our journey to homeownership without an agent and we were referred to Angel by our lender, Eric at GEM mortgage. Within an hour of receiving our contact information, Angel reached out to us to get know us and figure out what we were looking for. The next day, we met with him and saw a few homes. He was very professional with everyone we encountered at every property we saw and we didn't waste any time in properties that didn't meet our needs. He was very easy to contact via text, email and calls and he was ready to submit offers on our behalf very promptly. Thanks to him, we were able to counteroffer and have an offer accepted in our new home. Throughout the escrow process, Angel was amazing! He knew the task was going to be difficult, not because our condo wasn't gorgeous, but because we needed to sell for a certain amount in order to walk away without owing or having to short sale.
