Robert began his journey in the Las Vegas real estate industry in 2002 by investing in Las Vegas residential homes and condos. Based on several years of successful investing, Robert was approached by friends and family to share his expertise in real estate investing in the Las Vegas market. Robert used this opportunity to join longtime friend, business partner and fellow investor, Richard Crighton at Crighton Real Estate Holdings and obtained his Nevada Real Estate Broker/Salesman License. Since 2004 he has been assisting real estate investors in negotiating successful real estate transactions across the greater Las Vegas Valley. He has experience in, but not limited to, residential investing, commercial real estate advising, loss mitigation, rehabilitating apartment buildings and homes, high rise transactions, creative financing (AITD's, Contract of Sale, Owner Will Carry, etc). Robert has exercised his fundamental knowledge of loss mitigation, in combination with business acumen, to lead the charge in assisting homeowners with Loan Modifications and Short Sales far before the concept became a household name.
Robert is now Team Leader of The Adams Team at Rothwell Gornt Companies, which specializes in buying, selling, and leasing residential real estate in Las Vegas. Robert has also expanded his real estate business to his home away from home in Massachusetts. Robert has a very large family spread all over New England and has traveled to many parts of New England several times a year for his entire life. In February of 2014, Robert received his Massachusetts Real Estate Broker's License and is now associated with Sankey Real Estate in North Attleboro, MA. Robert and his partners are currently focusing on buying, selling, and leasing residential real estate throughout Massachusetts.
Robert then went on to expand into Rhode Island. In June of 2014 Robert obtained his Real Estate Broker's license in Rhode Island and is now able to service the entire Rhode Island area with his main focus being buying, selling, and leasing residential real estate. It brings Robert great joy to be able to continue to expand his real estate business and pursue his passion of real estate all while being able to spend more time with his east coast family, friends, and clients.
