Angela Cutter

Angela is a lifetime resident of the area and full-time Realtor. She has over 20 years of experience in residential sales and is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. She's earned her CRS and GRI designations, placing her in the top 1% of agents nationwide. She has taught pre-license courses to other agents. Her mother and grandparents were also Realtors, making her the 3rd generation in her family to practice. She has worked as a real estate coach—coaching along-side some of the top agents nationally. She serves on the local board of Realtors Grievance Committee and stays active in community leadership. Angela raised her 3 children in the Blue Valley area with her husband, their 2 English Bulldogs and 1 rescued Foxhound. In her free time, Angela enjoys home projects, managing her personal rental portfolio and trivia nights with family and friends.
