Angela is the best! She went above and beyond in all aspects of selling our home and purchasing a new one. Finding a new home to love was the easy part. Making sure our offer was accepted in a market where homes are currently getting a ton of offers, many times thousands and thousands of dollars over asking price, was the hard part. Angela was up for the challenge. She met us on a Sunday afternoon and spent over two hours with us, writing up the perfect offer. She made sure that our offer stood out and represented what she believed was most important to the seller, not only in price, but extra time in the house after closing. We submitted it that Sunday and it was accepted the next day! Angela guided us through inspection, appraisal and closing. Whenever we texted her with a question or concern, she always got back to us quickly, even after business hours.
After we purchased our new home, we put our current home up for sale. Again, Angela expertly guided us through the whole process from asking price, staging, showings and open house. Again, she was always there for us whenever we had questions. At times she was a therapist when I would get nervous that something was not happening according to plan. She, "talked me off the ledge", more than once. In the end, our home sold in one weekend. We just closed on it a few days ago and are getting ready to move into our new home soon.
We are so appreciative of all the hard work Angela and her team put into the buying and selling process. Special thanks to her associate Haiely for taking us to the showings of numerous houses and finding the home that we ended up purchasing. Moldy shower curtains and breaking antique chairs will always be remembered. 😊
Thank you so much Angela! Your hard work and expertise is greatly appreciated! You did WAY more than just put a sign in our front yard! 😊

Angela is the shining example of what a realtor should be. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was recommended Angela through a family member, I reached out to her on a Saturday and by Monday I was looking at houses with her. Angela is extremely proactive when it came to the home buying process. Everything was done in a timely manner. She listened to my concerns, wants, and needs. She was able to find me a house that was perfect for me. I can’t begin how to explain how easy the process was especially for a first time home buyer.

We could not have chosen a better realtor. Angela came highly recommended by many people we knew so we decided to give her a chance. Prior to listing our house, she helped us get it ready for market. She recommended simple changes and brought over boxes and boxes or staging items to help us sell quickly. We had multiple showings and she was always in communication with us and giving us feedback from each and every one. We ended up with multiple offers in the end.

When it came time to find out new home, we talked about everything that we wanted and Angela was able to tell us about each area and the schools, which is what was most important to us. I cannot even tell you how many houses she found for us (all that met our criteria) but they just weren’t “the one”. She was so patient where as most realtors would probably have been annoyed with us. She was very knowledgeable and offered her opinions and guidance throughout the buying process.

One day, Angela called us to let us know that the perfect house for us would be hitting the market the next week. She quickly contacted the listing agent and got additional information on the property and then set up a showing so that we could be the first ones in. She sure did nail it and we wrote an offer on the spot. We weren’t the only offer that day, but her constant contact with the listing realtor and determination I think is why they chose our offer and not the other. Most realtors would have just sat back and waited for something to happen, Angela is not that type of person. She’s a go getter and is determined to do whatever it takes to please her clients and get things done. We have since recommended her to everyone we know!

I cannot recommend working with Angela enough and if you need someone who is organized, responsive, and supportive - her team is the best to partner with. Angela was able to help us find our first home and coach us through the buying process and get us settled in, list said home, and sell it again a year later due to a job relocation.
